Software I use
Linux - The only operating system I use at home
Debian - My preferred Linux distro. Mainly because it's non-commercial and has the best package manager out there. Once you start using it you never go back
Grip - A nice CD ripping package. I've used it to convert all my CD's into MP3's
Lame - A great MP3 encoder. Works nicely together with Grip
Otto - An MP3 jukebox which gives you a nice web interface to your MP3 collection. You'll never need a CD again
News sites I use
Slashdot - News for nerds. Stuff that matters. What more can I say? :-)
