Hi,
I have some installation problem with Peffisaur. I tryed to set it up on my easy php server but I have a message : | Quote: | Internal Server Error

And I do not know why  .
What I did :
- Extract files on the www folder of easy php
- Creating the database using tablessetup.sql
And I am now looking for making it works ...
I do not use "usersetup.sql" as I do not understand how it works... |

Not much I could do to help you I'm afraid. Could be anything really.
What page is it you are trying to access when you get the internal server error? What PHP version is it that you are using? |

I am using php 4.3 on easyphp and I am trying to access index.php...
Do I require a mail server in order to make it works?
Maybe you have msn to help me in real time  ? |

No, you can run it without a mail server.
Getting an internal server error like that indicates a more general PHP setup problem. When you have setup the MYSQL database wrongly or something like that for Peffisaur you will still get a page back - an ugly page with error messages yes, but still a page.
Easy PHP I have no idea of what it is. Does the server work with other php pages? |

Easy php is a famous Windows user server ... Indeed I have no choice as I am working on Windows . Some other php pages are working on this server, pages from other project I have... I really do not understand... . |

Hi,
What file should I modify to specify the host, the username and the password of my database?
I hope my misfunctions are due to bad settings of my apache server (especially concerning the mod_rewrite and the .htaccess (idd I am noob in apache configuration so I can't know if these settings are good).

The mysql-password is in config.php. Unfortunately, in that version you are using, there is no way to configure the database name and user name. Those are hardcoded into the code so if you need to change it due to your webhost or something you will need to change every file. I have changed that in my version but I have not yet relesased it.

I understand concerning the "built-in" password and it is not a problem as I just wanna know if there is something to change or not...
I have some questions linked to the email support upload. It is required if I only want to store mms and pictures which are sent to the specific e mail adress... |
