I'm using MMS to Email to send MMS to my test site because Vodafon Italy doesn't allow me to change the MMSC url over GPRS (it allow me to change it over WAP but sending MMS in thi way message costs about 1 or 2 Euros!!!).
The problem is that Vodafone adds images like header, footer and so on to the message. So only the first one is displayed.
I tried on peffis.com and those ar filtered out in some way. How? Can anybody help?
To see the difference:
MMS folder on peffis:

MMS folder on my site:

Thanks |

It is simple. All those icons from the operator always have the same name and they are always very peculiar, like ll1.gif or something like that. Simply add an "rm"-statement in the script that always tries to remove files like that "rm -f ll1.gif. ll2.gif ic1x2.gif" and so on. Of course, if someone posts a real photo using that as file name it will also be removed but it is not so likely as people tend to name their photos in a different way than machines do. Humans and machines are quite different after all...luckily |
