I'm no PHP expert, but could someone help out who knows a bit more?

It's great that you can use the ADMIN "index.php" to delete files (actually the directories...)

...but could someone take it a step forward so that it will MOVE files (Copy + Delete?) to another directory?

Like /mms to /mms_archive

I've been playing with it a bit, but without success.

I've searched the forum and read http://www.hellkvist.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7&highlight=admin which goes into other solutions. But it seems a simple choice of either "Delete" or "Archive" would be much simpler to implement.

Didn't get a response on this...

Has anyone been able to modify the main script in /ADMIN so that it might offer TWO CHOICES instead of ONE?

Delete - Current procedure to delete directory in MMS_Diary

Archive - Would be new process that would MOVE directories in default MMS_Diary to something like MMS_Diary_Archive
